Cut Pieces in Layflat form Size 7.5mm L/F to 600 mm L/F Shrinkage : Machine Direction (Length) 10%-20% Transverse Direction (Width) 40%-50%. Thickness : 0.025mm to 0.30mm. Any other size, shrinkage factor and thickness can be made to customer's requirements.
NOTE: Test method of shrinkage immersed in boiled water 100°C for 30 secs. Shrinkage temperature : The ideal temperature for fast shrinkage is 100°C - 200°C in 4-5 secs. for large scale production. Storage condition : Keep in 15°C - 28°C and away from direct sunlight.
